Mirinda Stud was originally established in 1970 and for over 35 years we have been breeding fine ponies.  Our original goal was and remains, to breed and produce the very highest quality saddle ponies and galloways 

Our property is at Nar Nar Goon, which is located in the Australian state of Victoria.

Situated in the rolling hills of the picturesque Gippsland region, we are just one hour from the centre of Melbourne.

Possibly the defining moment for Mirinda was our decision in the 1980's to purchase and import the now immortal “KESTON ROYAL OCCASION”.  Sadly 'Cowboy', as he was known, is no longer with us, but his influence remains immense and from that point on Mirinda has gone from strength to strength, being acknowledged today as one of Australia's foremost breeders.

Today we seek to attain our goals through creation of the best bloodlines available, both from within our own resources and through the purchase of appropriate stock.  As a result, Mirinda Stud is able to offer the discerning owner the very finest ponies and galloways.  

We currently stand the syndicated stallion, "Ninfield Minks Supreme" (imp), [photo left] and each year approximately 18 to 20 foals are produced from our select band of brood mares

From time to time we conduct major auction sales of stock, often working with other leading studs, but we generally have some ponies available for sale at any time.
